Ooredoo Tunisia revenue rises 6% in H1

Ooredoo Tunisia's revenues increased by 6 percent to KWD 65.7 million in the first six months to 30 June compared with KWD 61.8 million in H1 2020. EBITDA increased to KWD 27.3 million from KWD 26.6 million in H1 2020. The customer base decreased to 7.2 million because of a change in Ooredoo Tunisia's reporting methodology for its prepaid customer, from the original life-cycle definition to the 90 days' network activity definition. This aligns with a common methodology among Tunisian mobile operators but led to a drop in the reported customer base of approximately 1.6 million, with no affect
