MFIs/MFD/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from NAVI Mutual Fund regarding winding up of NAVI ARBITRAGE FUND on BSE StAR MF Platform with immediate effect.

Since the said scheme has been wind up by NAVI Mutual Fund, there will be no further allotment of units in the scheme, MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed to cancel the existing SIP/XSIP/STP/SWP registered on BSE StAR MF platform with immediate effect.

Also, as confirm by NAVI AMC existing investor units allotted in said scheme has been compulsorily redeemed with NAV date of July 22, 2021 and payout already been released from AMC end to the client on July 27, 2021.
