This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20210726-20 dated July 26, 2021 for Offer for Sale (OFS) whereby the Promoter (“Seller”), President of India (acting through  the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India) proposed to sell upto 11,01,04,500 (5.5 %) equity shares of Housing &Urban Development Corporation Ltd (“ The Company”) of face value of INR 10/- each with an additional option to sell up  5,00,47,500 (2.5%) equity shares of the Company.

The Promoter (“Seller”), the President of India, (acting through the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India) has informed the Exchange of its intention to exercise the Oversubscription Option to the extent of 5,00,47,500 equity shares (representing 2.5% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company) in addition to 1 1,01,04,500 equity shares of the Company, (representing 5.5% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company) forming part of the Base Offer Size. Accordingly, the total Offer Size will be up to 16,01,52, 000 equity shares (representing 8% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company)
