Expleo Solutions Limited has renewed the earlier agreement entered with Christensen Investor Relations India Private Limited on July 26, 2021, for providing Investor relations services.
The Agreement is to provide general investor relations services to support the Company’s positioning in India and global capital markets. It is valid for one year from July 01, 2021, till June 30, 2022, and maybe renewed thereafter on mutual consent,” the company said in a filing on Tuesday.
Expleo Solutions Limited, stock trade ended at Rs1135.00 up Rs20.65 or 1.85% on the BSE. The stock hit a high of Rs1160 per piece during intraday trade on Tuesday.
