Does it really matter if you split protein throughout the day or just eating your protien in 2-3 meals?
why is it recommended to eat your daily protien in 5-6 meals that contain only 20-25g of protien insted of eating like 3 meals with 40g each?

The most important thing is to hit your daily target.
