Trader from Ahmedabad files cheating complaint against Raj Kundra's Viaan Industries

Already in police custody for allegedly making pornographic films and publishing them through an OTT app, actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra's husband and businessman Raj Kundra's trouble does not seem to be ending any soon. Now, a trader from Ahmedabad, Hiren Parmar, filed a cheating complaint against Raj Kundra's company alleging that he has been duped of Rs 3 lakh. According to an official, Kundra's company duped the trader under the pretext of making him a distributor for an online cricket skill based game. Hiren also claimed that in 2019 he had filed a complaint with the Gujarat cyber department but no action was taken. Therefore, after Raj Kundra's arrest in the pornography case, he approached the Mumbai police. Parmar in his complaint also alleged that, just like him, many people were cheated of crores by Raj Kundra's company. Elaborating about the online complaint filed, an official revealed that according to Hiren Parmar, he was promised by Viaan Industries that he will be made the distributor for 'Game of Dot'. However, the company didn't keep its promise, following which he demanded a return of Rs 3 lakh he had invested, but didn't receive a response.
