A baker has offered his simple 'lockdown' recipe for the perfect Biscoff French toast - complete with crushed biscuit crumbs and caramelised sauce.
Jonny Massaad, from Sydney, shared a video on Instagram showing how he made the decadent breakfast using white bread, eggs, milk, Biscoff spread and biscuits.
'One of the best breakfasts you're ever going to make. Biscoff French toast,' the 23-year-old founder of Cake Mail said in the footage.

A baker has offered his simple 'lockdown' recipe for the perfect Biscoff French toast - complete with crushed biscuit crumbs and caramelised sauce
The first thing he did was cut each bread slice into three strips. In a bowl, he whisked eggs, milk and a splash of melted Biscoff spread until well combined.
Using two forks, he dipped each bread strip into the egg mixture, then rolled it in the crushed biscuit crumbs, pressing lightly to help them stick.
After the six strips are coated, he added them to a frying pan with oil, and allowed them to cook for one minute on both sides.

Jonny drizzled a generous amount of the caramelised Biscoff spread, topped with more biscuit crumbs.
'Wow guys, seriously just try this,' he said.
He said the dish can be served with ice cream to enjoy as a dessert.
The video has since been viewed more than 48,000 times, with many saying they couldn't wait to try the recipe at home.
