I'm an 18 yo 170lb 6ft swimmer. I love swimming, but I also love weight training and powerlifting. My goal is to be 190 which I put on pause after committing to swim. I swim 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. Would taking a mass gainer prove to be beneficial at all? How many calories would I need to consume to even gain weight steadily with my current heavily cardio based training regime?
