Princess Charlene took to Instagram on Sunday amid her recovery after contracting an ear, nose and throat infection.
The former Olympic swimmer, who'd been recovering in South Africa, told Channel24 earlier this month: "It's been a trying time for me. I miss my husband and children dearly. What has been extremely difficult for me was when I was instructed by my medical team that I could not return home for my 10th wedding anniversary. Albert is my rock and strength and without his love and support I would not have been able to get through this painful time."
Now, a friend of the princess seems to have lifted her spirits, playing her wedding song.
"My dear friend Aloise, thank you for remembering our wedding song," she captioned the video. "With all my heart, merci."
"Charlene, this one is for you, all the way from Pretoria," the musician says before singing the song, My Hele Hart by Romanz.
