In the pornography case where Mumbai police called Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra the 'key conspirator', many people from the tinsel town have been grilled so far. Director Tanveer Hashmi was also interrogated recently for over three hour by the Crime Branch. Tanveer, who is also an accused in the case is out on bail. In a recent interaction with the Times of India, Tanveer revealed that he never came face to face with Raj Kundra. He said, 'I was called by the Crime Branch for questioning about Raj Kundra and if I ever met him. I told them I have never met Raj Kundra in my life.' he further said that he was not working directly for Raj Kundra's company but made content for the platform. When asked about the kind of content he made for them, Tanveer said, “We used to make short films of 20-25 minutes, which had nudity, but if you look at it logically they cannot be called porn but we can say it was soft porn.” When the director was asked about the nature of content that was being made under Raj Kundra’s company, he said, “I cannot judge anybody and only the law will decide. I cannot comment on it but the only thing is there are several platforms that are making bold content and they are not questioned.” Watch the video for more details.
