i know several black hat sites who sells for a lot cheaper. the above site purchases from there for cheap and reseller them for higer prices in india. i been purchasing windows licenses for me and my family since last 7years. never had a issue

i got my recent license for 3$ lol




ps : dont compare the above site to g2a. g2a is legit mm site. the above site is like a reseller site. anyone can open such websites

That's something only you can decide :)
At 300 bucks a win 10 key it's a chance I was willing to take
Worst case 3L petrol bike mein kum bharayga, best case win 10 for 300 rupees only;)

also they only provide the key, you have to still install Win 10 from the MS site

Is it even legal to sell the keys at such a price, be it any site whether domestic or international? Why isn't MS or some other company taking action against them?
What is the meaning of Lifetime here? https://pixelsecurlty.in/product-category/windows-os/ Lifetime support, updates? Even for say Windows 7?

Retail licenses are legal way to buy windows/office for personal use. Volume keys are for organisation which resellers sell for fraction of cost illegally.

Retail, AFAIK, can be associated with your MS account and transferred to a new device.
OEM / Voluem license is bound to the hardware it is first activated on.
