    Advice on losing weight/abdominal fat

    Hi,

30-year-old male here looking for advice on how to lose weight/abdominal fat. Here's some background detail

    Weight: 150 lbs
    Body Fat: 22%
    BMI: 23.6
    Diet: Predominantly Plant Based

I am scheduled to go on TRT to help with persistent issues of low energy/fatigue, poor memory, and mood. I am also considering doing a 10-day water fast to expedite my weight loss process. I have attached some photos below and thanks again for all your help!

You're closer to 40% body fat than 20% body fat. Eat less.
