a maker of educational and language-learning apps, revised the terms for its initial public offering on Monday, raising its proposed price range to $95 to $100 from a prior range of $85 to $95. The company is still planning to offer 5.1 million shares. It would raise $510 million at the top of that range at a valuation of at least $3.4 billion. Goldman Sachs and Allen & Co. are lead underwriters of a syndicate of 10 banks underwriting the deal. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including investments in businesses, products and technologies. The company has applied to list on Nasdaq, under the ticker "DUOL."
