I am a 30-year old male looking for suggestions on how to lose weight/abdominal fat. I am scheduled to go on TRT to help with issues that have been plaguing me for a while (low energy/fatigue, mood, and memory issues). I figured that working out while going on TRT would be beneficial. I've included some photos and details below, thanks!
