Man Swallowed by Puddle in Shocking Viral Video
When one man decided to cross some marshland on foot, he ended up becoming engulfed—and footage of the moment has the internet in stitches.
In the video, shared to TikTok by an account by the name of The 3 Dumbbells, the muscular man can be seen tentatively edging towards the large puddle of water.
Wearing a blue shirt and cargo pants, he take his sandals off and holds them in his hand before saying: "I don't know how I'm going to get across.
"I'm going to get my...look my trousers are getting dirty. Look of the state of my feet, I have got to try and get over there."
He then takes a step into the water, which looks to be shallow, and is quickly swallowed up.
A whole two seconds later he reemerges covered in mud, as the person filming can be heard cackling away.
The 3 Dumbbells captioned the hilarious clip, that was shared on July 22, writing: "Follow me she said, I know a muddy shortcut #muddy #muddypuddles #shortcut #Fuvahmulah #fuvumullah."
The shocking footage, which can be watched here, has gained a lot of traction online, having been viewed more than 26.4 million times and surpassed 4.7 million likes.
