Thane reports 53 new Covid-19 cases; 102 test positive in Kalyan-Dombivli
No new Covid-19 case was found in Wagale ward of Thane city.
THANE: The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) on Monday informed that 53 people tested positive in the city.
Vartak Nagar reported 13 cases followed by 11 in Naupada-Kopri, nine in Majiwada-Manpada, eight in Diva, four in Lokmanya-Savarkar, three each in Uthalsar-Kalwa, and one in Mumbra.
No new case was found in Wagale ward.
In Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) area, 102 people tested positive.
During the day, 92 people were discharged, while three people succumbed to the virus. At present, 876 patients are taking treatment.
Among the new cases, Kalyan (East) saw eight cases, Kalyan (West) 30 cases, Dombivli (East) 37 cases, and Dombivli (West) reported 22 cases.
Manda-Titwala reported two cases, Mohane area reported three cases.
