Hello Everyone,
I have been a member of the website for several years but got off track some time ago.
Through a combination of personal loss and the Covid craziness, I am feeling very
low-energy, sometimes weepy. I need to get back on a routine for my overall wellbeing,
not simply weight and fitness.
So, I started food maintenance about a week ago. And today, I finally got the energy up to
do some simple body weight exercises. Not many. But I did some.
I like the idea of daily journaling on this especially as emotions are so rough as well.
Feel free to join me if you are dealing with a combination of things that are giving you the blues
so we can all come out in the future in the sun and feeling great again!
