Whether she's doing Pilates, kickboxing or yoga, Kareena Kapoor Khan has always been so steadfast about her fitness routine. “She walks into sessions all pumped up,” reveals Pilates expert and celebrity trainer, Namrata Purohit. “The best thing about working out with her is that she gives it her all. Sometimes, I catch her looking at me with a ‘Why are you doing this to me' face, but I know, and she knows, that she loves doing this. 1) Keep your body active even when pregnant

A mom to two boys, Khan ensured she stayed active throughout both her pregnancies and all three trimesters. “I think it’s very important that one has movement in their body. It could be in any form; going for a walk, weight training or swimming,” shares Kapoor Khan. Her advice is crystal clear: “One should do what they’re able to. I have never really pushed myself, I have done whatever I wanted to do, but not to the point of where I am exhausted.”
