Sonu Sood demands stronger laws to prevent against cruelty: Animal laws need to be strengthened

Bollywood star Sonu Sood is an active voice in the industry, always speaking out against any kind of injustice that is rampant in India and around the world. The actor recently took to Instagram and shared a video of himself playing with a furball as he shared his thoughts on animal cruelty. The actor highlighted his point by taking the example of Bruno, who was brutally killed in Kerala and other such cases in Jaipur, Mumbai, where dogs had fallen prey to barbaric treatment, which ultimately led to their deaths. The actor, who recorded the video with his pet, a Siberian husky, demanded stricter laws and punishment against animal cruelty. He captioned the post as, 'There has been a steep rise in number of animal cruelty cases across the country, including barbaric killing of animals. We need stronger laws to prevent such crimes. Please sign this petition to the Prime Minister urging him to make stronger laws for animals. Animal laws need to be strengthened.'
