The slum sprawl of Dharavi reported four new cases of coronavirus on Sunday. According to data received from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Dharavi has recorded a cumulative total of 6,959 Covid-19 cases. The Dadar region has recorded two cases and Mahim has nine cases.

The Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) has informed that the Covid-19 vaccination will not take place on Monday.

The Pune-Bengaluru national highway stretch in Kolhapur, which has remained shut for the last two days due to the flooding caused by heavy rains, may be opened by Sunday afternoon only for heavy vehicles carrying emergency supplies like food, milk, petrol and diesel, among others, as the water level on this stretch has reduced owing to subdued rain.
