The Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency warned residents of a “heavy law enforcement response” around The Pointe Apartments.

The agency said law enforcement was seeking three suspects — two Hispanic men and one Hispanic woman — who “may be armed and dangerous.”

Sgt. Brett Waddell, spokesman for the sheriff, declined to detail how the shooting happened, according to The Oregonian.
