European 400m champion Matthew Hudson-Smith has pulled out of the Olympics on medical grounds.
Team GB confirmed the 26-year-old has withdrawn, although it is not Covid-19 related.
Joe Brier will take Hudson-Smith's place in the 4x400m relay squad having initially been a travelling reserve in Tokyo.
