The accused made a fake account on social media, kidnapped the girl, raped her for several days and then sold her at 50,000.
Accused Rajeev Gar, a resident of Madhya Pradesh was arrested by the crime branch of Delhi. He was accused of kidnapping a minor girl and selling her. The police succeeded in rescuing the victim girl from its clutches.
At present, the police are looking for the person who bought the victim. Accused Rajeev Garg had sold the girl to Ram Mohan, knowing one of his friends, for 50 thousand rupees.
According to Delhi Police, a missing report of a minor girl was reported in Ranhola police station area. The report said that the girl had gone to meet her friend but did not return. When the police put the girl`s number on surveillance, they found the location of an unknown number in Madhya Pradesh.
The unknown number was active in Delhi on the day the victim went missing. After the raid, they arrested Rajiv Garg. During interrogation, he told that he has sold the girl to his tenant Ram Mohan for Rs 50,000. After which the police raided and recovered the victim from the tenant`s house. According to Delhi Police, accused Rajiv Garg also raped the victim girl for several days after kidnapping and then later sold her for Rs 50,000.
The victim had created a fake account on a social media app. Accused Rajiv Garg had opened his account in the name of a girl. After which these two became friends. But when the victim got the right information about Rajiv Garg that he was not a girl but a boy, then she stopped talking to him. But Rajiv started calling the victim girl from another number and somehow persuaded her to meet him once.
On that day when the victim girl reached Madhuban Chowk area to meet her, Rajiv kidnapped the victim and then took her to Bhind in Madhya Pradesh and raped her for several days and then later sold her to his tenant for 50 thousand rupees. The police is looking for Rajiv`s tenant Rammohan.
