Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra has been in the news ever since his arrest in an alleged pornography case. On Monday, he was named as the ‘key conspirator’ in the case and taken into custody till July 23. Today, the court extended it till July 27. Raj Kundra’s lawyer, Advocate Subhash Jadhav has exclusively informed ETimes that there is not a single video which can be called pornographic. A 4000 page charge sheet has been filed but the police not even able to point out any sexually explicit act in the video which demonstrated illegality under section 67a. Rest of the section applied are bailable.

We’ve arrested Mr Raj Kundra in this case on 19/7/21 as he appears to be the key conspirator of this.’ There were reports that he paid a bribe of Rs 25 lakh to the Crime Branch to avoid arrest.
