I don’t know if many people feel the same way, but I find fixing something for another person is an endearing display of closeness. You know how everyone went aww with the picture of Sonam Kapoor fixing Jaqueline Fernandez’s outfit and started talking about their friendship. For me, fixing it for the other person is a love language. Like for instance, I would love it if my partner applies nail polish for me, gives me a head massage or wipes the excess lipstick off my face. I would love it if my partner shampoos my hair; that’s a different level of intimacy. The thing is, I would not like someone not close to me, helping me roll up sleeves or doing anything of that sort. So, yes, that’s intimate, selfless and just really warm. Recently, a video of a groom fixing his bride’s makeup went viral and it is the sweetest thing ever.
In the video you can see the sindoor having fallen on the bride’s nose, is it does. And yes, she could fix it with a tissue, but that would get some makeup off from her nose. So he sat there with a brush and gently dusted the sindoor off her nose.

This was so cute! I mean, I have seen bridesmaids do that – help the bride fix her makeup and all that. But it was sweet for a change to see the groom fussing over the bride. And oh boy, he did that with full dedication!
It’s so adorable to see the groom so cutely brushing it off the bride’s face!
