    DLF shares drop 0.42% as Sensex rises

    A total of 294,519 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:41PM (IST)

    India 10-year bond yield fell 0.41 per cent to 5.89 after trading in 5.87-5.91 range
    Shares of Ltd. traded 0.42 per cent down at Rs 329.05 at 01:41PM (IST) on Friday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex gained 237.92 points to 53075.13. The scrip had settled at Rs 330.45 in the previous session.

    The stock quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low of Rs 338.7 and Rs 134.6, respectively.

    As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 01:41PM (IST) stood at 01:41PM shares with turnover at Rs 9.71 crore.

    At the current price, shares of the company trades at 74.41 times its trailing 12-month earnings per share of Rs 4.42 per share and 0.99 times its price-to-book value, BSE data showed.

    A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher share price today because of growth expectations in the future. Price-to-book value indicates the inherent value of a company and is the measure of the price that investors are ready to pay even for no growth in the business.

    The Beta value of the stock, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.85.

    Promoters held 74.95 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2021, while FIIs owned 17.17 per cent and DIIs 2.39 per cent.
