Nifty Realty Index pared early gains to trade marginally lower amid volatile trade on Friday. The Index witness some selling pressure after adding marginal gains during the opening bell.

Phoenix surged to lift the performance of the sector. However heavyweights
Godrej Properties,
Sobha were under pressure to drag the sector.
At around 11:15 AM, Nifty Realty was trading at 394.90 down 1.05 points or 0.27%, after touching the day's high of 398.15 and low of 391.45.
BSE Sensex was 52,920.11 up 82 points or 0.16% and Nifty50 15,825.80 up 1.75 points or 0.01%.
Sunteck advances 3.44% at Rs381.80 per piece being the top performer of the index.
Phoenix support the index by surging 2.60% at 883.90 per piece.
Oberoi Realty was trading nearly 1% higher at 683.35 per piece.
Prestige and Hemisphere Properties doing well by adding marginal gains to the sector.
However, on the downside,
Indiabulls Real Estate tanked 1.62% at Rs160.70 per piece after hitting 52-week high during yesterday's trading session. DLF and Brigade also dropped 1.44% and 1.02% respectively.
Sobha and Godrej Properties were marginally lower to drag the sector.
