Moto g40, it is nearly stock android with 6000 mah battery, a decent processor.

any 5G Chip phone, that could consume less battery due to it's latest processor?

Though basically use with (4G sim) only.

Not quite true. 5G chips are in an early generation and they consume marginally higher battery compared to a 4G phone even though the processor might be more power efficient.
