Facebook, Ajua provide African SMEs with automated customer support via WhatsApp

Ajua has signed an agreement with Facebook to automate commercial interactions and customer support for businesses through WhatsApp. There has been an upsurge of businesses in Africa taking advantage of the platform to sell goods and provide services, creating a need for social media-based customer support.
