WATCH | Nasty C joins J-Pop stars for Olympics theme song

SA rapper Nasty C has joined some of Japan's top music stars for a new track titled Colorful.

According to Billboard, the song was produced by Team Coca-Cola for the Toyko 2020 Summer Olympics and Paralympic Games.

The track includes J-Pop artists like Motohiro Hata, Little Glee Monster, Daichi Miura and Sanari. Nasty C delivers the part of the rap portion of the tune, and former Disney star Sabrina Carpenter also makes an appearance as one of the singers.

The uplifting track includes beautiful harmonies. "One dream, one team, together we will be as one," everyone sings. 

The 2020 Toyko Olympics, which was postponed for a year due to the coronavirus, kicks off Friday, 23 July.
