Is this normal for a barbell?

    Hi guys

I have just bought an 28.5 7ft ATX ram power bar.

Upon inspection I have noticed that the sleeves rotate for a different length of time (one with spin for 2-3 seconds longer) and one of the makes an audible and feelable clicking noise when rotating?

Is this common for a bar?

    Thanks

    Jack

Nope. Sounds like one of the bearings/bushings is bad.
