Beeline to support screen-reader product for the blind

Russian operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon Group, has put its support behind the development of a new catalogue of voices, to help blind people work on PCs and other devices. The project is being conducted with social entrepreneur Everland. The library of voices will be open and available for free on the RHVoice voice synthesizer. RHVoice can be used as a screen readers.
