Tata Motors launches XPRES brand for fleet customers

Tata Motors has launched a new brand XPRES for its fleet customers. Under this, the company will introduce offering related to fleet-specific needs of safety, passenger comfort, and low ownership cost.

The first vehicle under this brand will be launched soon. It will be an electric sedan, named the ‘XPRES-T’ EV. The car will come with optimal battery size and a captive fast charging solution. This will ensure low ownership costs and will also offer safety and passenger comfort.

According to Shailesh Chandra, President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, the company is excited to launch the Xpres brand that is going to introduce a smart and future-ready mobility solution so that the needs of the fleet customers can be met. He also said that electric vehicles also deliver low costs of ownership and require minimal maintenance. They also offer pleasant and comfortable drive.

The all-new XPRES-T electric sedan will come in two range options- 213km and 165km. It has a high-density battery of 21.5 kWh and 16.5 kWh. It can be charged from 0- 80% in 90 minutes and 110 minutes using the fast charging feature. This car comes with single-speed automatic transmission, zero tail-pipe emission, ABS with EBD, dual airbags, premium black theme interior, standard automatic climate control, and electric blue accents.
