Boot failure detected error

After building PC (2 months ago), I tried to change xmp profile since I have two 3600mhz 8gb hyperx RAM's. But is showed boot failure detected and blue screen error too, so I freaked out and didn't even think about trying it again... My friend tried the same and there was no display, then we reinserted the RAM like 3 to 4 times, it then became normal... What's the problem and where was I wrong?

There is a software for the motherboard and I can change xmp profile there it seems... Should I give it a try?

1. For an optimum dual-channel configuration, you should first populate A1 and B1 slots instead of the A2-B2 ones.
2. You're still using the first launch release of the BIOS, which lacks of many post-release optimizations. The latest official BIOS for your motherboard (Gigabyte B560M DS3H AC rev. 1.0) is F4, so download and flash it before attempting to play with the XMP settings.
