Anybody Please
You can buy this from Amazon or your local hardware shop for cheaper. It's already pretty cheap, second hand isn't worth it.

You can use it for your PC cabinet too, many people do it. You just cut the strip wherever you need it to end.
The "gaming PC LEDs" are the same LED strips in fancy packaging.
Just a suggestion, feel free to ignore.

It does not have the connector to connect to the PC.

It has the normal 3 pin power connector to connect to any socket but not any motherboard. Check the reviews once.
I think I need something like this:https://www.amazon.in/Deepcool-Comp...6b2e9&pd_rd_wg=icCbN&pd_rd_i=B01F3C6VSO&psc=1
But this is costly so this might suffice:https://www.amazon.in/Electronic-Sp...6b2e9&pd_rd_wg=icCbN&pd_rd_i=B07T9FXSP7&psc=1
But not perfect
Do you have experience in soldering? If yes, you can bypass it. I personally use a local hardware store purchased RGB strip and it comes with a 4 pin header that goes straight to my Motheboard. However, u can have a remote and motherboard connected at the same time.
