Telangana: 657 new Covid-19 cases and 2 deaths

HYDERABAD: Telangana recorded 657 new Covid-19 cases and two deaths on Tuesday even as the number of active cases in the state stood at 9,787.
The total count of cases since the beginning of the pandemic last year, stand at 6,38,030 and the death toll stands at 3,766. The number of active containment zones in the state stood at 39. Currently there are no active micro containment zones in Hyderabad while Mahabubabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Bhadadri Kothagudem have majority of the active containment zones in the state.
