The 50-year-old South Indian actress told
TOI that she had been unable to access her Twitter account for the past three days. "The tweets are also missing. I will be filing a complaint with the cyber cell police today," she said.
Sundar also released a statement clarifying that any activity or tweet from the account, @khushsundar, in the last few days was not done by her.
"I would like to let you know that my Twitter account, @khushsundar, was hacked three days ago. We have been trying to follow up with the Twitter administration office regarding this matter. Any activity or tweet done from this account in the last few days was not by me," the statement read.
Last year in April, Sundar had faced a similar issue with the micro-blogging site. In her Instagram post, the actress mentioned that she was unable to generate a new passsword or login. She had said Twitter said there were login attempts on her account through three different locations and the account was likely suspended.
