Southern Cross Next cable lands at Hermosa Beach in California

Submarine capacity provider Pacific Carriage Limited (PCL), owner of the Southern Cross Cable Network in the US, has announced that Southern Cross Next cable (SX Next) has landed at the HMB IX facility in Hermosa Beach, California. SX Next will expand the capacity of US to Oceania global connectivity by up to an additional 72 Tbps, providing the largest capacity, express route to link the US with Australia and New Zealand, Southern Cross said.
