Jackass Forever first trailer: Johnny Knoxville reunites with original cast members for the fourth and final film installment of the franchise

Paramount Pictures debuted the first trailer for the fourth and final Jackass film, starring the original cast from Johnny Knoxville to Brandon DiCamillo.

The franchise stars, also including Steve-O, Dave England, Chris Pontius, Ehren McGhehey, Jason 'Wee Man' Acuña, Preston Lacy, will return to the big screen with some of their riskiest and most painful stunts yet.

In the latest preview for Jackass Forever, Knoxville could be seen fighting a bull, while his pals participated in other bizarre shenanigans, like cycling on exercise bikes strapped to giant slapping hands.

The first seconds of the trailer showed Knoxville getting his nipple suckled by a baby alligator, while Johnny Cash's 2002 track We'll Meet Again played in the background.

Later, McGhehey gets strapped to a chair by another prankster, who poured honey and salmon on him, before a growling bear enters the room.

The film, which comes out on October 22, will also include celebrity appearances from Machine Gun Kelly and Eric André.

The official synopsis, obtained by Just Jared reads: 'Celebrating the joy of being back together with your best friends and a perfectly executed shot to the dingdong, the original jackass crew return for another round of hilarious, wildly absurd, and often dangerous displays of comedy with a little help from some exciting new cast.'

Earlier this year, former Jackass star Bam Margera was shut out of production of the upcoming film.

Five months ago, while speaking on an Instagram Story of his firing, he said: 'Jackass has put me through f***ing hell on f***ing wheels for a year-and-a-half, keeping me in Pennsylvania, I couldn't leave.'

He also claimed he had to take multiple breathalyzer checks per day and had to take urine tests randomly while working on previous Jackass projects.

Scary: Later, McGhehey gets strapped to a chair as someone pours honey on him and puts a piece of salmon on his lap, before a growling bear enters the room

He also said he was forced to take his antidepressant medication in front of someone from Paramount Pictures 'every single day.'

Bam pointed out how different fellow Jackass-er Steve-O - who has been sober for over a decade - has been treated, remarking on how he's been allowed to work and travel freely.

He went on to complain about all the money he's shelled out on rehab in hopes of returning to Jackass.

Despite the controversy surrounding the franchises unorthodox stunts, it was an instant hit with fans, running for three years on MTV before branching into cinema with three spin-off films.

In 2011 original cast-member Dunn was tragically killed when his Porsche 911 GT3 veered off the road at high speed, hit a tree and burst into flames, just nine-days after his 34th birthday.

Meanwhile co-star Margera has entered rehab multiple times for drug, alcohol and mental health issues.

In 2019, he was ejected from a commercial airline after being deemed too drunk to fly.
