Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
The incumbent will be at the center of our operations and find that everything we do, every day, is in line with an unwavering commitment to quality. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of organic and inorganic compounds. Determine chemical and physical properties during drug product development process by verifying their identity, purity, and homogeneity. Expected to have strong foundation in general scientific practice, its principles and concepts to help in meeting critical deadlines. Relied on as a technical contributor to assess the assigned tasks and make decisions that involve direct application of your knowledge.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributes to achievement of immediate work group goals and may undertake collaborations with other team members
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet project task deadlines
• Apply theoretical knowledge and learn basics of a discipline to execute given task
• Applies technical skills to projects/ assignments within own work group/ project team
• Follows established procedures to perform assignments, with general instructions on the process and desired outcome
Candidate Profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• MS or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics
• 4-6 years of experience in sterile formulation and process development
• Ability to perform laboratory studies, analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources.
• Strong aptitude for learning process technology and equipment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization including diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
• Flexibility and ability to embrace and lead chance
• Ability to work in a high-paced team environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• MPharm or MS in Pharmaceutics
• 0-1 year experience in Injections Pharmaceutical development
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
M.Sc. Analytical chemistry
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
• Preferably good in numerical ability
• Standing to conduct experiments, Observing and online documenting
• Able to work in oncology lab with all necessary PPEs
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Occasionally to work on shifts
• No objection with PPEs while working in oncology lab
