    Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

    In the Nifty pack, 16 stocks were trading in the green, while 34 stocks were trading in the red.

    NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 357.27 points down at 52782.79 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

    On the BSE, OrissaBengalCarrier (down 11.76 per cent), Veto Switchgear (down 7.41 per cent), Kamadgiri Fash (down 6.73 per cent), Loyal Equipments Ltd (down 6.62 per cent) and Alpine Housing (down 6.44 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

    In the Nifty pack, 16 stocks traded in the green, while 34 stocks traded in the red.

    The Nifty index was trading 95.4 points down at 15828.0.

    On the BSE, Divinus Fabrics, Wagend Infra, ETT Ltd, Negotium Intl and Premier Capital Services Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while G R Infraprojects Ltd., Clean Science & Technology Ltd., Eco Recycling, Archies Ltd and Pearl Global touched their fresh 52-week highs.
