Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A (Para A) of Schedule Ill and Regulation 34(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Bata India has informed that it enclosed the Notice of the 88th Annual General Meeting of Bata India to be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1.30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means and the Annual Report of the Company for Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 respectively.
