PACE Loan Group Hires Kris Jones as Vice President, Originations to Continue Expansion

MINNEAPOLIS, July 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- PACE Loan Group ("PLG") (www.paceloangroup.com ), a leading provider of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing, announced today the hiring of Kris Jones as a Vice President, Originations, effective July 19, 2021.

Jones has over 18 years of commercial and multifamily real estate experience. Prior to joining PLG, Jones was a Senior Director at Ten-X, and a Vice President of Real Estate at RealCrowd.  His experience also includes time with Palmer Capital, CalCon Mutual Mortgage Company, Integral Commercial Realty Partners, and Maisel Presley, Inc.

This is PLG CEO Rafi Golberstein's second hire of the month and is part of PLG's strategic rollout to have loan origination staff in the Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast. "Kris is someone who has broad experience in commercial real estate, and adds to our already very strong and capable team. Kris is going to have a successful and productive career at PLG."
