    Avenue Supermart shares fall 0.41% as Nifty drops

    The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 3425.0 and a 52-week low of Rs 1900.0.

    Nifty moved in a tight range of 82 points, and ended slightly below the psychologically crucial level of 15,700.
    Shares of Avenue Supermarts Ltd. traded 0.41 per cent down at Rs 3335.6 on Monday at around 02:06PM (IST), while the benchmark BSE Sensex declined 549.38 points to 52590.68.

    As many as 81,513 shares changed hands on the counter with a total value of Rs 27.28 crore.

    On the technical charts, the 200-DMA of the stock stood at Rs 2809.72, while 50-DMA was at Rs 3197.75. If a stock trades above 50 DMA and 200 DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is up.
