Bajrangi Bhaijaan was a soulful drama that became a blockbuster hit when it was released in 2015. The movie portrayed salman khan which was received well by both salman fans and common movie watchers. The veteran writer vijayendra prasad had penned the script for the movie. In a recent interview, vijayendra prasad confirmed that the script work for Bhajrangi Bhaijaan has started and will be the next movie that he will be working on after the current magnanimous rrr with director Rajamouli. Apparently, salman khan and vijayendra prasad had met recently and discussed the sequel. The star actor has nodded yes and has asked to develop the script. 

Vijayendra prasad is much hopeful of the project. Also, salman khan needs a hit desperately as his movies continue fail irrespective of OTT or theatre release. The latest release of salman khan ‘Radhe’ with prabhu deva which got released on Hotstar acclaimed negative reviews. With bajrangi bhaijaan, salman khan and his fans are hoping to get back on track. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was directed by kabir khan with kareena kapoor and nawazuddin siddiqui playing pivotal roles.
