we got our new shower fully renovated but they forgot to install something to put the soap/shampoo. it is just a box pretty much. who fked up on this ? isn't it the guys stupidity that he forgot this? wtf lol

what did you specify in terms of soap holders. If the answer is nothing, they did as you specified
You've got to specify what you want at the very start in writing. Then supervise/inspect before final payment. Don't be vague, don't change specs during the job and don't assume verbal instructions will be binding.
Sounds like they did exactly as you specified?Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.

The gf is in a brand new apartment and they don't have them either. Most people use liquid soap and the hanging holder over the neck of rhe shower head.
