Most bizarre dismissal on the cricket field - this is what all will say about the dismissal of skipper Brendan Taylor. In the 2nd ODI between Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh, Taylor came out to bat at number four and had steadied the ship with wicketkeeper-batsman Regis Chakabva.
However, Taylor, who was not just tackling the deliveries but was also scoring runs at a decent pace, got caught in an awkward moment.
While the Bangladesh bowlers were having a tough time against the veteran batter, the Zimbabwe captain gifted his wicket in a shocking manner. Taylor, himself smashed the stumps with his bat on the way of his follow-through. It was during the 25th over and Shoriful Islam was handling the bowling duties.
The left-arm pacer bowled a bouncer which Taylor tried to ramp towards the third-man region. However, he failed to make any connection and the ball went to the wicket-keeper.
Gutted, Taylor instinctively went on a shadow-practice mood, and on the way of his follow-through, the right-handed batter hit the stumps with the bat and the bails come off.

Bangladesh got the benefit as Taylor whose carelessness meant the 35-year-old had to walk back after scoring 46 off 57 deliveries.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe are trailing the three-match series 1-0 after losing the first ODI by 155 runs.
