For Nihal Vikram Singh, an MBBS scholar at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, the difficulty is not only restricted to delayed journey plans however residence permits and Indian vaccines not being permitted there.
“As per our residence permit, we cannot stay out of Italy for more than six months. To go through the same processes all over again and secure a permit is going to be troublesome.
