Detectives seek man who failed to appear in court
Jul. 18—POTTSVILLE — Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O'Pake and the Schuylkill County detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a man who failed to appear in court as required earlier this year.
Detectives said Jeffrey Benjamin Tucker failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on March 16 for a scheduled status conference.
The original charges against Tucker are misdemeanor simple assault and resisting arrest and summary harassment, detectives said.
Tucker, 33, is described as white, about 6 feet tall and weighing about 180 pounds.
He has a last known address of 95 Wideawake St., Pine Grove, detectives said.
