    Deadlift question

I've set up my own upper/lower split and due to injuries and personal preference, I am including many deadlift movements. Namely:

    Conventional,
    Sumo,
    Snatch grip,
    Romanian,
    Power cleans

Are there any exercises to "counter" these? For example, the barbell row and bench press balance each other out.

In to see answers. Injuries are the worst man - mine were from bad form. I took a break cuz injuries are not worth it imo
